Deposits

In order to make a reservation, we require a deposit of 1/2 of the rental rate within 5 days of request. There is also a $600.00 refundable damage deposit, (refunded the day after check out if home is left in order as found).

Balance is due in full within 30 days of arrival.

Bedding Information: 1 King,  2 Queen, 1 Full,  6 Twins,  1 Trundle, Queen Sofa Sleeper.

Payment Options:

Personal Check  (up to 30 days before check in)

Cashiers Check, Travelers Check, Money Order, Credit Cards Accepted Through PayPal (3% fee)

Policies and Other Fees:

Lodging Tax: 11%

Heat Pool: $175.00 per week March to December, $250.00 December to March.

NO PETS and NO SMOKING

Cancellations and Refunds:

A fee of 25% of the total rent will be charged in case of cancellation. Deposit will be forfeited if not canceled (in writing), prior to 30 days before check-in.

Cancellation or early departure due to inclement weather does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. We strongly recommend that you look into purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment, not only from hurricanes, but other problems that may affect your vacation plans.
